Citrine Jewelry

Citrine is quite rare in nature, which makes it appealing as a collectible item.  Most citrines on the market have been heat treated which makes the f low grade inexpensive amethyst or quartz  to produce the collectible and  profitable orange yellow citrine. Artificial citrine often produces a orange or red than the pale yellow that is found in nature.  Orange and Yellow topaz is another option to citrine, and often much more expensive.   Citrine is the perfect combination with gold, and works well with blonde and brown hair.
